Nous avons adoré cette maison et l’accueil d’Alexandre. Nous etions 9 adultes et 5 enfants/ados pour 3 nuits. La piscine est spacieuse et bien chauffée, mais il y avait aussi le baby-foot, le flipper, le home cinema, les espaces “chill” intérieur et extérieur, les jeux de société, le wifi performant… etc. Tout le monde pouvait se trouver une occupation, en groupe ou en solitaire. Nous avons aussi utiliser le brasero un soir, à la suggestion d’Alexandre et c’était magique! Nous avons aussi utiliser son service de livraison de raclette à la maison: un délice, ttes bien servi! La maison est très agréable et spacieuse, au milieu de la nature. On peut rester à la maison ou profiter de la nature des alentours. Nous avons vécu des superbes moments en famille et recommandons cette maison.

Séjour familial de 5 jours à 20 personnes (enfants compris) vraiment très agréable.Alexandre et sa compagne ont été ultra réactifs, gentils et dès que nous avions une requête ou une question, ils y répondaient. Très agréable d'avoir des hôtes pareils !Attention, si vous souhaitez faire des vacances familiales comme nous, il faudra faire très attention aux enfants car quelques endroits ne sont pas ultra sécurisés. Alexandre a pris nos remarques très au sérieux sur le sujet et devrait veiller à la bonne sécurité des futurs locataires !Pour la localisation vraiment rien à redire, hormis pour le chemin d'accès au chalet qui peut être compliqué en voiture et est donc à prendre en compte (mais pour un panorama final magnifique 😎)Encore merci à Alexandre et sa compagne pour ce beau séjour et bien sûr, nous conseillons forcément ce chalet !

The place is nothing short of amazing. If you love yourself, go there. If you love someone, take them with you.It's beautiful, amazingly organized, in great taste and easily hosted us (a full family of 8, 3 generations).The pool is so cool, so is the sauna, the jacuzzi, the TV room, huge dining room and all the little coreners you find in the place.The place is super private, on a mountain and in the forest, with Annecy lake in less than 20 minutes drive and Annecy itself in about 45 mins drive.Alex is a perfect host. I'm not biased.

This house is even more glorious than it looks in the pictures.The host is friendly and helpful.The only thing I would note is the track gets rather rough so a little car would struggle. We had an SUV type car which was fine, but our friend has a Toyota Yaris and it wasn't very happy getting up the hill!

Our group of 12 greatly enjoyed the stay, it will be very hard to find any place to top it, especially for the price.

Alexandre, thank you so much for having us in your amazing house. Everyone absolutely loved it! This is a stunning mountain retreat with a fantastic host. Everything has been renovated with so much love and attention to detail. The view. The facilities. The surrounding. We spent a long weekend with 15 people incl. small children to celebrate a round birthday. Clearly in the upper price range, but totally worth it if you seek the luxury without having to make any compromises.

Just wow.Alexandres home is magnificent. The views are astounding.Alexandre was the perfect host- nothing was too much trouble. Everything was as described in the listing. Our six children ranging from 18 to 9 were blown away. There was more than enough to keep every age entertained. The facilities were clean, and the kitchen was very well stocked.The only thing we wish we had known(not a complaint, just a comment) was how off track the house was. We had hired a mini bus which only just survived the potholes. Obviously we should have expected this and next time will come in a more appropriate vehicle ! We would definitely re visit. There were 8 of us and room for plenty more. Better than 5⭐️

By far this has been one of my best Airbnb experience. Lovely Villa and a great host. We were looking for a place which was a bit remote, and scenic. And it served both. Was just a half an hour to 45 mins scenic drive from Annecy. Once we reached the villa, we dint feel like getting out of it for the next 3 days. It has a heated pool, hot tub, glassroom, sauna, Table tennis, foosball n a play room too. Lovely, well stocked kitchen, beautiful dining area, lovely rooms, beautiful big terrace. We were 7 of us, but this place could easily accommodate 15 people. Alex was very well reachable n helpful at all times. Always ready to help, with a big smile. Thanks Alex for this unforgettable stay.

House was fantastic. Exactly as described and shown in pictures. Alex was an excellent host, always here when in need and very responsive. Location is unique and absolutely gorgeous.
